The car rental reservation is made between you and Avis and is a transaction separate from your flight booking with Brussels Airlines. Brussels Airlines is therefore not acting as a travel agent and is therefore in no way liable for services provided by Avis. The rental contract comes into effect on collection of the rental vehicle, between you and the respective Avis rental station and Avis' rental conditions will apply.
